Need advice on spacers
When I had my P2S, I had 7mm on rear, 5mm on front. I had the 7mms as leftovers from a previous 911 (H&R), but bought the RSS spacers from Suncoast (Sponsor link on the right).
Is 5mm / 7mm batter st up? would you do all 5mm if you would not have leftovers from previous 911 ?
oleg
I prefer a more aggressive stance. My 911 had 7mm front, 14mm rear. The Panamera doesn't have enough of a gap for the 14mm (the wheel would stick out), so I used the 7mm in the rear. Since Porsche doesn't have an option for Spacers in the front (see online configurator), I chose to only put 5mm there. To me, the front still needed something, and the 5mm did the trick.
Since the difference between 5mm and 7mm is so small, if I were doing it from scratch I'd just get 5mm all around as to avoid issues with getting the different bolt sizes mixed up.
