PTT Steering Feel

Purchased a PTT 6 months ago. Love the car with 0 mechanical issues. The only thing that I wish Porsche would address is the somewhat numbness of steering feel. I have always owned BMW M5"s and real miss the steering firmness that the M cars have. My PTT feels like steering a boat compared to it.

I agree, My E63 had a great steering. I have the PTT with Servotronic streering. It is accurate but very soft. Needs to be firmer with better road feel.

That's exactly why I opted for non-Servotronic option when I got my 2010 Turbo. I believe as of 2011 MY the Servotronic became standard on the turbo's. If that's the case I'm glad I have 2010.

I just realized mine had variable assist power steering as an option and it makes it waaayyyy too soft. Coming from and M5 and then 997TT I could say that had I know, I would've gone without it.

Any workaround this? Can we disable this in PIWIS?
