Mine works perfectly, but mine is a 2012. You should stop by your dealer and see if they need to update your software.

My p4s is also 2012. Where in 4s iPhone is command for music to go via blue tooth. I don't see it in setup or settings.

You have to setup the PCM for BT AUX... Then the iPhone plugs in to it... I wished that I had the manual in front of me.

The steps should be under PCM or entertainment...

I have same issue. Believe it is tied to the PCM software in the 2010 models.
