How has the reliability been?
When you pull this one into a standard one-car garage door the mirrors have about 2-3 inches on each side, so it is definitely tight and you need to be careful about how you pull in/out. I absolutely recommend the front/rear parking radar & rear camera option to get past the rear vision shortfall. My car was delivered in June with this option, but the rear view camera was missing because of a video camera inventory shortage after the Japanese earthquake in March, I really miss having it, but the radar works well until the camera is also installed (Porsche told me today the re-fit program will start in the coming weeks). I am very careful about staying clear of curbs to avoid scraping the rims.
Although the car is physically wide it doesn't feel like that when I drive. The co*kpit is snug and the bucket seats in the back all come together in a great interior IMO.
The full adjust-ability of Normal-Sport-Sport Plus and coupled with any of the 3 ride heights (any combination of these 6 modes is possible) lets you adjust the performance and ride to whatever you feel like on that day. Steering is super precise and makes it handle like a sports car. On my commute I can get <14 MPG or >21 MPG, depending on my mood

This is great input. Let me ask another unrelated question: How is the 'size' of the car? When I sit in it I'm struck by how low and wide the car is. The width is almost too much for me. Is it something you get used to? Does it ever cause any issues? Certainly both width and height add to the singular road presence. What about silly things like parking, maneuvering in tight spaces, etc...
4 BMWs and my first Porsche.
The bimmers werent bad but this panamera has been (knock on wood) rock solid. My car was a dealer launch car and still needs a dozen updates but I just keep driving it.
