I never use the sunroof on my 2011 PTT. Today I opened it for a little while. After closing it there has been a whistling noise at 60-65mph. I looked at the rubber housing, it seems ok. Tried opening and closing it to not avail. I would hate to get rid of this car but the noise is driving me nuts.

Any ideas.

 

Are you sure its coming from the sunroof? HAve someone sit in the back seat of the car so they confirm its not heard in the back. I am now waiting for new chrome rear ornaments as they are poorly attached and seem to make a whistling noise when speed is picked up. See thread and videos:
