After many sleepless nights debating the sale of my 997s and range rover I finally pulled the trigger...the GTS arrived in Boston from Germany this weekend and being shipped down to NJ...should be driving end of the week and can't wait...was time for a new ride...

I drove one a Friday and fell in love with it (well for a sedan). After reviewing in greater detail last night my wife noticed its only a four seater! : (

We need to haul the parents/in-laws when in town visiting along with our daughter. Drove a Cayenne earlier in the week; we had it for 24 hours...2012 S...I hate to say it, but we were not impressed with it at all.

PS: Congrats! The one we built online was white with black Turbo wheels as well...its going to look sweet with just a light window tint!

 

Time to drive other SUVs to find out the true answer...

2 weeks later than i was promised, but picking up the GTS tomorrow ... who said adults can't enjoy christmas eve again ... feel like a kid! will get pics up when i have in hand

Ok...so I go to pick up car and I see platinum silver GTS with turbo rims. Black alcaterra interior and sports steering wheel...holy sh*t I fell in love so I ask pretty please can I have that GTS...after a few left hooks I got it. First impression it I honestly hard to explain the sound. Almost embarrassing at first. It is so loud when you start it my 8 month old started crying. And thats when I fell in love ( and yes I felt bad for my baby for a nano second) I wish I could give more driving details but I took it home put in garage and had to travel. I go to sleep dreaming of the sound it makes when leaving a red light and every head snaps in your direction cause of the rumble...the DRL had a few kids taking pics out their window...to be honest I was a little timid on the ride home. I'll get pics up in a few days, but holy sh*t Xmas came early.........

Keeping my fingers crossed. Wife is leaning back in the Pana direction. She wants a white one....I just need to talk her into the GTS over an S. She loves the alcaterra interior. However, the one I drove had ventilated seats which I really found to be quite comfortable. Also, I'm not sure if the GTS comes in white...well certainly not worth a $9K+ upcharge IMO.
