It seems normal for my car, it behave the same way ever since I got the car. Though I do have GIAC, IPD & Akra exhaust before the first 100 miles. All my other Turbos are the same way, in Sport mode the temp goes down, maybe it is because GIAC.

Does anyone else drop temp in Sport mode?!?

That's normal for every current generation Porsche. Sport mode activates a more aggresive thermal management system. In sport mode, temp drops to about +/- 190 depending on how aggressive you're driving.
