Obviously I wouldn't move the car like that, and I'd disconnect the battery for like 30 minutes to see if it corrects itself.

That's a big WTF.

Good Luck!

I would disconnect the negative terminal first.

The missing fuses is normal, those are connections that your car might not have, empty fuses do not mean anything unless a specific feature of your car does not work.

dyc1077, sorry I edited the post and deleted the pic and some info. Car is still at service center. They haven't yet nailed down the exact problem but they think its a compressor valve that is faulty and have placed an order for it. We'll see if that will fix the problem. This is how it looks like (rear dampers are stuck on very high setting and also sport, sportplus and PASM buttons are non-functioning).

Update: car is still at Porsche service center. They've replaced the compressor (installed new one) and some sort of vent coupled to the suspension system but the car won't calibrate itself as it should do. It's STILL stuck on the high-setting for the rear wheels. Service center has now sent a request to Porsche germany to get more input on how to solve this.

Anyone else experienced the same? Any ideas what could be wrong? Please do share.

I had this same problem, it was because the suspension was not locked before put on lift. They had to manually take air out from the compressor then the car leveled itself after that

I get same fault & can not operate the air suspension up or down when temps drop below 40 degrees.
Works fine when warm though.

I live in Toronto and my cars (2012 P4S) chassis system failure sign came on today when I was driving. It wouldn’t go away as I restarted the car multiple times. The garage temperature is around 30 and outside is 10 (yea it’s freezing here). When you say works fine when warm do you mean the weather or when the car is warmed up? Just encountered this problem today and a bit panic. Thanks.

My car is having the same exact problem where the rear suspension is at high level and front is at normal level. Did you have to replace any components other than taking air out from the compressor? Thanks

This might be a dumb question but did the techs Check the sensor to see if it got disconnected from the ball joint? Or if the sensor is still good? I had the same problem but in the front and the issue was the sensor and the arm thy connected to the ball joint on the shock popped off and it did the same thing.

Once you get some PASM or suspension errors, typically the suspension is disabled, meaning compressor, height adjustments, all are disabled. You have to press the suspension button for 12 seconds to enable again.
Yes if your car has different corners at different heights, it is quite possible that the valve block is defective. That is where all the solenoids are located, which open/close valves to either inflate or eject air to/from air shocks, and from air tank as well.
