Hey Guys,

I am just wondering if you think the New Panamera Extended wheelbase is overpriced.

Here are the prices
- Panamera 4S - $98,300
- Panamera 4S L - $125,600
- Panamera Turbo - $141,300
- Panamera Turbo L - $161,100
$20,000 Difference ?

If you look at other cars like the BMW 7 series there is a $5,000 difference from the non L and the L.

It's not overpriced for the target market.

 

They intend to sell most of the L model in China where the Panamera will mostly be chauffeur driven. The number of super rich in China is increasing rapidly and soon it will surpass U. S. as the most important market for Porsche.

 

there isnt a 20k difference in what you get but they need to make a clear price point distinction, mostly that cost for marketing purposes would be my guess
