I am blacking out my car and looking to tint headlights and tail lights. My preference is a temporary solution in case I want to change back. Has anyone used film to tint verses sprayed? How did it turn out and does it look like film? Photos would be great.

 

So no one has used film tint on their Panamera?

 

I did. And posted pics. On this board.

 

I tinted mine using tint film purchased from a company on eBay. Seems to be holding up well. Had to redo a couple times in order to get the edges to adhere.

Blacksheep, the black out is Sick! I thought about doing the black turbo 2 wheels but I thought it would be too much black. But I see that's not the case. I see you are in LA. I'm on MS gulf coast.

 

I bought mine with the rear tinted. See pics.

 

The main difference with the other pics are that I only tinted the "red" portions of the tail lights and left the clear untinted. See the pic... Hope this helps with some options

 

I hated the turbo 2 rims till I blacked them. Are you close to nola?

 

Yes. I'm in Kiln, MS about 45 mins away. I use Porsche of NO for service.

 

Who blacked your wheels out for you? Approximate cost?

 

Rimidies in Lafayette powder coated them black for me. I think it was 150 a rim.
They can also fix any curb rash or damage to them too.
