When I bought my Pan 4 I paid my dealer to change the standard matte black trims to chrome, as the more expensive S, 4S, Turbo all come with chrome trims. I just can't see myself paying AGAIN to wrap the trims to matte black, gloss black, maybe.

Talk about different strokes for different folks...One of the things that I think makes a 4S so much nicer than non-S is the chrome trim!
No offense to you guys that prefer the all black look. But whenever I see a Panamera I can't help but think how much better it would look with the chrome.

It's definitely a matter of taste.. I have never been a fan of the chrome trim.. The black trim fits my personality better so to speak...

For sure! That's what makes the long list of options so cool w/ P cars since you get individual choice. It's great looking at the photos of Modded yellow trim interiors, red alcantara etc. Lots of differences, but we all share the same appreciation for the brand itself...
(Chocolate vs. vanilla, but the ice cream's good either way)

I just bought this car from a private party last week and he had the whole car blacked out and he put 22" Modular rims in a matte black finish.

For me 1. Gloss Black trim 2. Chrome trim 3. Matte Black trim... that being said the Panny should be having it chrome wrapped next month along with a few other things.

It is a matter of personal taste. Some people like to have a bit of contrast, chrome trims on black cars can look stunning. Other people prefer the all black a-piece-of-charcoal look. I have gloss black trim on my white Cayenne and chrome trim on my Panamera, and I like both.

Completely agree...when spring hits I'm going to put a set of these on my car for contrast. My brother in law owns the company so that = free rims

Chrome just makes it look dated and cheap.
Wrap is better for the trim - plastidip works good for hard to get places. I have wrap on my c63 to cover all the chrome and the front grill is plastidip as there was no way in heck to get it done properly with a wrap...

I have had the chrome trim replaced with the gloss black trim a few months ago on my PTTS,

the car paint is metallic black the and the wheels was turbo II 20', which I think it looks luxury but not sportive with this package , so I replaced the turbo II wheels with sport design gloss black wheels with silver rims and replaced the chrome trims with the exterior gloss black package (gloss black trims)

I also wrapped the car , gloss sterling silver(was white) , it looks sportive and aggressive enough for me now! But not the luxury feelings.

First thing I did when I got mine

Black vinyl wrap on the window trims and door handles.
Plasti dip for the rear boot badges.
