Thinking of wrapping windows chrome molding black..

This weekend I had my first attemp ever using Plasti dip.... I was trying to get the chrome molding around the windows and the rear badges black. I do got to say that product is pretty cool how it works... BUT Im not sure if I didn't do something properly or if in our cars is more complicated than what all the youtube videos show.... that being said I wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the look and edges so I decided to take it all out.

Now Im going to search for somewhere local to vinyl wrap those things black... I have never gotten anything wrapped... so I just wanted to check with anyone that has experience in the matter if I should ask for something in particular and also what should be the ball park the cost of wrapping the chrome molding around the Panamera windows?

I was quoted about $250 to wrap the chrome molding on the windows.... does that sound right or is that expensive?

I was quoted $80 for the job. The same shop that did my clear guard protection on my Panny. Very professional so I trust them and they've done a ton of high end cars. Only thing I kinda like the chrome as it is now, but the black does look nice and it is different. Toss up for me right now.

Or you can get some black vinyl and do it yourself with hair dryer or heat gun if you dare. Easy DIY project. here is a good video to start. You can get vinyl strips on ebay. It stretches very well. As long as you do it in warm environment. Vinyl is like $15-20 for a roll of 10 yards in 24" width, which you cut into strips.
