Cargo/trunk question

New to the Panamera and I have a question. In the trunk area on either side there are two square openings on the underside of the side panels in the openings with cargo nets. (By the cargo light ) is there supposed to be a cover on them? The drivers side has a small speaker. Sorry hard to describe.
Thanks

No i don't think so. I think the only reason the cut outs are there is so you can get fit golf clubs in there!

No cover - gofit is correct - those cut outs are to fit in your golf clubs!

It's not the opening but a square hole above the opening that I'm looking at....you have to stick your head in the opening and look up....at the trunk, light for example....I'll snap,a photo

Mine has that hole without a cover as well. I fished around with my hand but could feel anything that could be accessed.

Just looked tonight - odd, there is nothing in there that I can tell needs to be exposed. I am thinking of stuffing soundproofing in there to get rid of the odd clunking noise I get from the rear when I go over bumps............
