Yeah I've been talking to FVD re: this and Rhonda says they can account for the larger 3" pipe and upgraded intercoolers in their stage 4 tune mapping (take advantage here). Not sure about turbo compatibility however with anything outside their turbo build but I'm prob gonna have fvd upgrade my turbos up to 20t as well (vs buying their brand new ones w/ manifold... Much cheaper) - just have to send to Germany

I know it needs a tune for instance getting the evom tune then when the turbos are redone etc will that tune work or just wait to get a tune after and find a custom mapped one

@benblack why spend money on tune before the turbocharger !? Do them once

I read it also at fvd us page they have 2 options for the turbocharger .. Rebuild oem ones to 20t for about 2-3k per turbocharger or buy their new ones in germany for 10k ! (Wtf) . So still if you live in US I dont see the point sending the turbocharger from US to germany , pay fedex and a lot of money . You can do them in US its easy . But yes I would buy directly their stage 4 ecu remap .. In which as you said it work with fvd turbocharger and upgrated intercoolers .

thats look like a very bad work to me . Why ruin the car like that .That looks like a setup copied at a nissan gt-r .why replace ypipe conected to the intercooler and replace them with a cold air intake ?
I have a cold air intake in my cayenne and appart from the sound and increase of hp at night , during the day it it suck hot air and I had 2 detonation recently . just put a bmc air filter .

I wouldn't replace the y pipe the bmc filter is good but more on the intercooler they look pretty big to me I'm a rookie and you definitely know better than I.

I just spoke with FVD for clarification on shipping costs (which I confirmed is not bad at all) and mentioned other 6speeders may be looking at what I'm considering (going with the stage 4 FVD tune and 20T turbo build out combo)... Rhonda over at FVD extended some special 6speeder bundle pricing to anyone that wants In on upgrading their existing pani turbos to these beasts (turbo aftermarket group in Germany) and their bundled stage 4 tune that can also be mapped to include he upgraded intercooler if you elect to go that route as well. PM me if you want details

The best solution would be for you guys to both upgrade the turbochargers to 20T from fvd with stage 4 ecu , if fvd is giving you a good price . And upgrade intercoolers later with reinforced pdk from dodson
