I think the S is worth the up charge. This is how I see it a lot depends on what the car has on it and if what it has checks off all the buttons for you. Loaded is a strange word in the Porsche world since loaded assumes every option and that can mean almost the base price of the car in options. If it has what you want on it a few thousand shouldn't mean that much.

Original sticker was 109k it has all the options I need. Just want to know if there is room to negotiate of the 75k price or that is a good price on car. Thanks

If the dealer wants 75k offer 62k. I wouldnt pay more than 65k for a 2012 4s.

I got my car a little over a year ago granted it was a 2010 and it had about the same miles but the sticker was 123K plus it had an AWE exhaust on it. I paid a bit less than 70K. I have bought a lot of cars in my time (well over 400) and my gut tells me dealer is going to laugh (maybe not to your face) at you if you offer 62K. Be a smart shopper check the cars in your area and see what asking prices are and see if this car is in the range of what else is out there. If I had to take a guess dealers bottom line is probably going to be 68K on the car and it will probably take some decent negotiating skills to get there. Good luck.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking 62 was very low considering cars priced in my area. I'm hopefully going to talk to dealer today. Thanks again

Bought almost identical CPO car 6 months ago, paid $67k and dealer changed wheels out from 19" stock to 20" Spyder wheels and new tires. Seemed like a reasonable but not amazing deal to me.

Just saw this. You can tell the dealer what you want to pay for it…. Good luck with that. I am sure you have done your research as well. There are hardly any 2012 4S in the market for 62k if that what you want for it. Usually the dealer will take a few thousand off the asking price like 1k or 2k at the most.I personally think the car is worth 70k. You can try negotiate that price. I will even stall for a couple of weeks after the first negotiation.. I got a 2011 fully loaded without the suspension but everything else for 62k.Any ways let me stop rambling. Good luck.

thanks, just spoke to dealer, i offered 70k, he spoke to his manager and came back at 73. Indicated that swapping wheels, the cpo, and the major service that was just done. This car was also leased from dealer brand new. I have not seen any 12 4s cpo for under 70k anywhere.
