When I stop at a red light and have the brake on or anytime that the car is in idle mode at low RPM, I feel slightly more vibration inside and little shakiness. When I look at the RPM is holds it even at the idle mode but It feels like the exhaust and motor are a little bit rattling. is that normal or I have to have the car checked? I just bought the car and not sure if thats ok.

If it's rattling I would be concerned. If it is just shaking a bit I wouldn't bother.
