Anyone out there with an X-Pipe on a Panamera GTS?

I have a 2013 Panamera GTS, and while I love the sound of the OEM exhaust on the GTS, I want the sound to be a bit louder.

I am considering getting an x-pipe from Fabspeed to replace the secondary resonators, after the oxygen sensors, and I am wondering if any of you have this setup? I would love to hear how it sounds and know if there is any drone noise in the cabin with the x-pipe.

I was also thinking of simply taking my car to a good muffler shop and having them cut out the secondary resonators and replace them with straight sections of pipe. This seems like a more simple and cost effective solution rather than replacing the entire mid pipe section, which is like 6' long.

Any thoughts out there about this?

jjrho is infamous around these parts
i have a panS with exh from AWE … didn't' have the sport ext as oem so…
it sounds nice and a bit louder at best but no drone and like the sound better than stock ext…. u can try cutting out the rear resonators and see what it sounds like… much cheaper alternative… hopefully no drone…

We've done quite a few X-pipes here at the shop for various Panameras and Cayennes, and everyone comes away super impressed with the added growl from doing the pipes! Zero cabin drone, and they aren't anywhere near obnoxious from the outside either. It just magnifies the great GTS tone to a higher degree. Definitely worth the upgrade!

I wasn't able to find any GTS videos with the X pipe - but all the GTS models sound louder and more throaty than the Turbo variants, so I would say the closest would be this but with a deeper, more aggressive tone
