In my 2010 ptt, when I open the sunroof any appreciable amount and drive on the highway, the buffeting is pretty annoying most of the time.

Anyone else getting this?
Is this expected? What have you guys done to mitigate the noise?

I have the same thing and it is annoying but doesn't happen all the time. I hope someone has a suggestion.

 

Honestly, this is the worst sunroof I've had in a long time. Cracking the rear windows help a little with the buffeting, but the noise is simply off the charts LOUD(!!). I don't understand why this teeny tiny little sunroof sucks so badly.

 

To limit the Buffetting you have to crack at least one window.. When you do that the air has somewhere to escape and you won't notice the Buffetting... Assuming you are opening the sunroof and keeping your windows closed.

 

I have found that opening the sun roof all the way and cracking the rear windows eliminates the buffeting.
