Easy! Just pull into the local Porsche dealer and trade it in! Hahaha, I am just kidding obviously. I am sure one of our more knowledgeable board members will chime in on the process.

I definitely like the tail lights on the 2014 better, they just have that cleaner look to them.

You would need off the top of my head

- head and tail lights
- front and rear bumper
- rear hatch

And whatever else is needed to make them function with a 2011 car.. List may be longer..

I can't really answer any of your questions with certainty. I would contact the folks over at suncoast. They should be able to tell you exactly what you need..

Not going to happen with serious modifications, even I would not attempt that and I took apart a 24 hour old 997 and rebuilt it from the ground up. Blackmarket my have been joking but that is the best advise.

I own an `11 P4S and could not be more satisfied with this car. My advice is to spend a fraction of the coin you would spend on modding your car to `14 spec on a thorough detail and new tires and enjoy what you've got.
