Non staggered tire set up OK?

Is it OK to run a non staggered tire set up on our cars, specifically the Turbo models?

I'm always browsing the local classifieds for aftermarket wheels/tires and run into quite a few non staggered set ups. Specifically with 22" wheels.

I agree the staggered is better looking. I was just wondering if there had to be a certain diameter ratio front to back in regards to the drivetrain.

You have to get the diameters very close to each other or run the risk of ruining the awd system. That can't be cheap. Also running cast wheels too heavy. I'd say save up for a nice set of 3 piece. Having gone both ways 3 piece looks mean lighter and all around worth it. I have some of interested send me a dm
