tough decision ...
After looking for the right car for the better part of two months, I have two to choose from:
2013 GTS with 5,000miles and good options (Two Tone Leather, Sport Exhaust, Sport Chrono Plus (might be standard), 4 Zone Climate, Bose, one year warranty left, not CPO. Price is $75,000
2012 Turbo with 33,000miles and many options (Sports Package, Premium Package Plus, Burmester). 3months warranty left, not COP. Price is $71,000
Color combo okay, not my favorite (Silver with Tan)
Both cars are not from a Porsche dealer, both seem to be priced fair (and nicely below KBB).
I obviously love the power of the Turbo, but very intrigued by an almost new car with less than 5000miles from the GTS.
Will be trading in (or selling private) my 2006 911S Cab (White with Tan full leather, brown softtop, Navi, Bose, White Instruments, 55k miles)
Thoughts?

Sport Exhaust and Sport Chrono are standard on the GTS - there is no such thing as Sport Chrono Plus AFAIK.
If you want an ultra luxury cruiser, go for the Turbo. If you want a more engaging, sport-oriented drive, go for the GTS.

If you are interested I just reduced my price on my 2010 turbo with less then 30,000 miles almost fully loaded with an extended warranty through 2019 to 65,000.

Hi Guys
you rock - really fabulous advise and much appreciated.
I must admit that I was leaning towards the Turbo (just for the oomph), despite the mileage and the advantage of having seen/driven the GTS which was in town (PTT would have required an inspection/flight to Austin).
Long story short: I bought the GTS today and love it. Spent the afternoon driving around and making noise, what a nice treat. Can't wait to go up the mountain tomorrow and a drive through the dessert next week!

I would of suggested the GTS also with those kind of miles.
I will say I don't completely agree with the comment skimmarkz made regarding the turbo. The turbo has the ability to be a luxury cruiser if you keep it in economy mode, but when you put it in sport plus, I find the ride is very similar, and faster than the GTS. I have driven both. Just my 2 cents for what it's not worth.
But... the GTS exhaust sounds much better!

Totally agree with you - love the power of the turbo, phenomenal car.
