Having issues with my 2010 Porsche Panamera Turbo

I bought my 2010 panamera turbo june 2015. It had 34k miles on it. I had porsche dealer inspect it and everything looked good. I really wish i accepted there 5 year extended warranty offer which would have cost $5k. Becuz now my alternator is leaking coolant slowly ($2200 to replace) my oil pan gasket and transmission oil pan gaskets are both leaking ($800 each) and now my spoiler is stuck in the middle position, I'm not sure what is wrong with it. From what I'm reading online it could be $2k-5k to fix. My vehicle now has 51k miles on it. Is there anyway i can try tob pay for warranty coverage now. Or does anyone know a place in northern California that won't bankrupt like the porsche dealer who can fix these issues.

Hate to say it but it might be a good idea to trade in the car if you're having that many issues. If you were willing to do some of the work yourself you'll save some sheckles, but it doesn't sound like you want to do that.

17K miles on the car within the 1st year of ownership is above average but not crazy, I'd be concerned about the leaking gaskets...are you sure the leaks aren't related to the turbos?

Thanks! Just filled out a quote form. Hopefully they approve pre-existing conditions.

I doubt that but I would go to a different dealer that doesn't know the cars history.

Yeah im not sure if the dealer messed up on my quote for the oil pan gasket replacement. They told me $800. I went by a couple shops and checked online at repairpal.com and it's 20 hours of work. Which should be way more than $800. Im not sure why it wud be so much time to change a gasket. I haven't lifted the car to see yet.
