Sell modified or Part out
Im going to be selling my Panamera Turbo, 2011 with 37k miles, sport chrono, PDK, sport exhaust, Burmeister, launch control, pretty much loaded up except cooled seats...
I have Rohanna Rf2 20 inch black rims on it right now, have the original 20 inch turbo 2's (some rims have some curb rash and a perfect set of winter tires that are pretty much brand new (500 milers) sitting on turbo 19's in perfect condition.
Mods: AP carbon fiber Y-pipe, GT3 throttle body, FVD catless custom 3 inch downpipes, FVD tune, AP diverter valves
Do I try to find a buyer that wants with all the tasteful mods and extra rims etc. or Do I turn her back to stock and sell everything outright (would rather not do this because of time investment but could be done)
Any help on pricing is greatly appreciated as well!

I can't find any pics with the winter 19 inch factory turbo Panamera rims and brand new snow tires, they were on the car for such a short period of time and are in storage at the Porsche dealership
I just went through the same thing with my 2012 Turbo S, the question is what kind of value are you expecting for the parts. I got about 25% of what I paid for mine when I sold the car, so if you're understanding of that you may be able to get a little more for the car with all the parts. I struggled with the same dilemma because the dealer told me they wanted the car as close to stock as possible if I traded it to them so I would have had to invest money in removing parts and then deal with the headache of trying to sell/ship those parts. Good luck whatever you decide

As a DIYer and modder of cars, I promised myself that I would never demod a car if I ever decided to sell any of my cars...it takes way too much time and is not worth the hassle. If there are some things that you can easily pull off and sell then I'd do that...but all the major things I'd say leave them on the car.
Good luck with the sale
