285/35/19 tire for rear?

285/35/19 tire for rear?
Hi, just a general question. Can I install 285/35/19 tires for the rear while the standard rear tire spec for panamera is 285/40/19? My front ones are 255/45/19. Thanks a lot.

That changes the tire diameter from 26.9" to 28".
Frankly we just got my wife's 2018 Panamera and I don't even know how the odometer is calculated. If it is dependent on the turn of the rear wheels, that will throw off your odometer and speedometer. If you go to 295/35/19 that will change the diameter to 27.1", so it will keep you closer to stock.
I'd be interested if anyone can chime in who knows how the Panamera system determines speed and distance.
