How to tell PTT is the executive version

How do I find out if a Panamera I am looking at is Executive turbo, vs regular turbo?
Any negatives about owning executive?
I know it is a bit longer, not sure of any other differences (sure, weight).

The entire rear seating area is different.
Different seats,lighting , full console with storage , seat heating & cooling,reclining controls etc.
