Can you put a tow hook a Panama Turbo S e-hybrid?

Hi

My brother bought the Panamera Turbo S e-hybrid but mentioned this model doesn't allow installation of a trailer hitch. Is this a European version issue or universal?

Factory OEM "trailer hitch" was a European only option for the first few model years. If you are asking about the emergency tow hook, that is standard on all the cars.
