Unhappy Tapping Noise When Under Load

Can anyone shed some light on my issue? I just bought a 2010 Panamera s and for the last 6 weeks it's been in and out of the shop. I am heart broken, had the car shipped from Texas from a car dealership and was lied to about the cars condition. From the upper and lower control arms to the breaks and rotors , and tires. Not to mintion the drivers side door won't lock and the back door doesn't open from the outside. But the icing on the cake is the tapping in the engine. Noticed it with in a week of having the car, when shifting from 4th 5th and 6th under load the car taps like a lifter is loose. The car doesn't down shift at times like it should. The local Porsche dealership has her right now but they haven't found the issue as of yet. There's no codes showing at this point and I'm at a loss....Can anyone advise me here? Thanks in advance.

I am sorry to hear about all the issues with your Panamera, I have no solutions to offer for you but I am sure you will find a ton of people here with a lot of experience that may be able to help you.
I look forward to hearing of your progress getting your car back in shape.

Does the noise go faster with the RPMs or stay at a consistent rate regardless of RPM?

Just a thought but I know the high pressure fuel pump delivery makes a tapping noise or clicking......... I would think pretty consistent pattern though. vs. rpm related.
