Sat nav

Hi everyone,
Just drove my first ( used ) Porsche home, some 1300 miles.
I noticed as I came to a closed connector ramp on the freeway that the factory sat nav didn’t know this, luckily my phone navigation did. So , is there a way to update this ? It was nice not to have the map on the larger screen.

Thanks

sadly there is no way for you to update it yourself, you have to take it to the dealer and pay the exorbitant prices that they want for it.

You can buy the disk from suncoast for $255 to bring the maps up to 2016 and you still have to pay the dealer to install and activate.(might be a little cheaper)

Anyone ever installed an after market head unit ? Just wondering if it’s feasible .

How about using Apple Car Play and choosing Maps.

It’s not supported 😬
I Have a 2010 Panamera with the original PCM system, so Bluetooth only.
