Just got ticketed for no front license plate. Does anyone know of a clip on Front License Plate holder that will fit on my 2012 Panamera Turbo S? Really don't want to have to drill holes in the bumper.
Yes - you can use the Sto N Sho plate holder:

I have this mounted to the bottom of my bumper in the center and it works great. I went with this model because the tow hook mounts that are available would block where I mounted one of my laser jammers. The Sto N Sho fit perfectly and was very easy to install. It unclips easily.

I don't think this solution would work on my car as I have ACC and it looks like this option would block the radar sensors. I used the tow hook option as I don't have radar jammers installed.
@daviper1595 This is super useful - thanks. I don't have the active cruise control so nothing to block. This centered clip on plate looks a very workable solution for me.
You might also try carbonio.com. They make clip one for some Porsches. Maybe on request they can make one for the Panamera.
Front plates, or rather lack thereof, may be an issue in Massachusetts. Late last year the RMV required all inspection stations the install cameras around the inspection bay, including having a handheld camera to photograph the dash and the front license plate. I think if they are going to those lengths it won't be long before they expect the state and local police to enforce it.
I purchased some clips from eBay and zip tied them to the grill. It's very snug behind the grill, so unlikely for people to tamper with, and it's been secure for more than a year. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-Adjustable-Angle-Bumper-License-Plate-Mount-Relocator-Holder-Bracket/391007073391
