Cleaned her up ...
After 4 months of ownership I finally got to giving my new daily commuter a deep clean.
I use the same drill for all my vehicles :
- paint correction by using a Porter Cable orbital buffer with orange pad. Compound : Zaino Fusion
- 2 layers of wax. I use S100 (motorcycle wax), which is the same as P21.
Car came out well. I'm pretty particular about my toys.

Thats when black really looks best. Suggestion for your Radar, back in my Audi days I used to steal power from the sun roof switch and use a short cord/wire from the upper light/sunroof area. It was much neater and fairly simple to do. No way I could have that cord in my sight. Since then I go with remote radar

I dont have a how 2 but to start I would get one of these, https://www.walmart.com/ip/RadarMoun...7a&athena=true
then look in the upper accessory area for a nice 12v source to tap into

Your V1 should have come w/ a hardwire option (in addition to your lighter charger) that wires directly into a switched power supply so that it only comes on when the ignition is on. The bezel around the sunroof controls pops right out and you can tap into a wire there - did it last year and don't remember which wire I tapped into.

Looking clean! Black when clean is awesome!
Here is what I've used in the past, it has an inline fuse and you tap into the power for the mirror. I have not done it in the Panamera but will eventually get around to it.

I bought this https://www.ebay.com/itm/Radar-Mount-Mirror-Mount-Radar-Detector-Bracket-for-Valentine-V1/192560871816?hash=item2cd585b988:g:57UAAOSwqlha5gx-:rk:3f:1&frcectupt=true and took it in to my Porsche dealer, but the mechanic said he did not recommend trying to connect to the mirror. I didn't think about a simple switch. This doesn't have the fuse, which I really like. Could someone post some photos of where you are connecting this?
Written instructions for wiring

Sorry I havnt looked into the power for the Panamera, when I was doing it I was in Audi. As I showed my radar is remote in the Pan. There is more than 1 power option in the area above the mirror, Im willing to be its a pretty easy job to steal a switched 12V source in there. Ski Race guy indicated the same.
