Comfort setting not saving

Hi,

so I changed the comfort entry NOT to move the drivers seat but it still does it. I even disabled it and did a Set 1 on the door to see if that would save it, no luck. It does seem like a couple of settings are not being saved.

thoughts?

Once you changed the setting in the instrument cluster did you also save it on the door key setting? That’s the only thing that comes to mind...

Update: it saved it, probably the 10th time I set it, but it stuck this time. Weird

my car does the same thing, seems to take several tries to get it to take some settings, very odd.

My service adviser told me to (after a setting change and saving to the key panel on the door switch ) to click the actual key "open button" 3-4 times to save the setting.

That would make sense why mine stuck, but now I have to test this
