air suspension issue

So returned from a few days away from my 2011 PTT with air suspension. The left front/driver side sagging.
Got in and received chasis failure message but after 2-3 min car leveled out and message went away.
I drove the car for an hour or so with no reaccuring issue. This AM i went out into garage and same thing car has sagged in left front.
Out of warranty but i have Fidelity platinum coverage any ideas? should this be covered under extended? (exclusion on policy says shock absorbers)
I don't think it's the shock as i can raise and lower the car and buttons work. Going in on Thursday for dealer visit.
thx in advance

search for my air suspension troubleshoot thread. My first guess the valve block, but I? dont know more details. search by my name and you will find.
Check air shocks with soapy water, you will know if they're leaking.

thx 4 info
great read on air suspension
i was thinking valve block as well but if strut/shock
the fidelity platinum warranty covers all but they don't cover shock absorbers but in actuality this is a strut. People say it's all on the service advisor wording to the warranty co.
i've heard pros/cons if this item is covered
if not i'm going rebuilt
i did let car run in garage yesterday for about 30 min
this AM the drop was only maybe 1/4 inch measuring from fender to top of the tire
