Had some free time so finally getting around to redoing tail light tint. Was never a fan of previous owner leaving turn signals clear on this car so pulled them out and had them re-sprayed. Should be picking up tomorrow and installing. Light out ! Before After!
Dang !!! That is very nice, so nice ... You really put your labor of Love into it ... how do you do it? my tail light is 2016 model, I see few spots and internal crack plastic due to weather. I may have to ask Porsche to replace them due to environmental influence when I bring my car into FJ Porsche dealer for Recall ...

Thanks Dougcayenne. good luck on getting replacements from dealer. heading to pick lights up now from bodyshop. excited to get them installed and see the results.
Thanks Brother, you inspired me! i kept looking up the film that you used and then just made the decision to pull them out and have them sprayed and be done with it. really happy with how they turned out, now to pick them up and install for final result.
i see you're making some moves on wheels. looking forward to see what you come up with.
I too like it better with the whole housing tinted - they came out great! What made you get them sprayed over using tint film?
Honestly, I think I was just lazy and it eliminated me having to get online, order film and then install. This way I just pulled them out, dropped off and picked up a few hours later at the cost of a $100. That was the quick and easy way for me. Really happy the way they turned out.
The clear section always bothered me on mine before. I felt it was too high on the corners and disrupted the look. Now it looks consistent and hip-py. #Bubblebutt
P.S. glad to see you back, you've been M.I.A. and I've been missing seeing your car
Just actually read through the whole journey rather than just looking at the pictures. You've been on some ride but nice to see another Adam's user 😁

Love their products and and they smell so good. Adam has come to my friends detail shop several times usually invites a group of kids over and teaches them the way to detail their cars. Super chill and friendly guy.

Looking forward to seeing them

That's funny. I actually read that and heard it in Ja's voice
Looks great! I think I will do the film in a smoke lighter tint on mine. Car is 6 years old and taillights are already fading a little bit anyway. Car is Basalt Black.
