Brake Pad Worn Red Notification

Does anyone know at what MM measurement the senor triggers this warning and how much time I can drive the car normally to and from work, approx. 50 miles a day mostly highway. Thanks in advance.

I would like to add the pads were allegedly replaced at 43k miles, ca now has 46k miles. Could even a terrible brand have this short of a lifespan?

Road use: most likely not.
Track use: can be worn out in a few HOT laps.

Parked car, went out for lunch and message went away. Pads are low for sure, just didn't expect that so soon , thinking the service wasn't even performed. Carfax isn't always accurate I guess

The instructions don't specify the difference between warning start to minimum thickness (2mm), but notes don't go below 2.5 mm if you want to save the sensors from needing replacement. Basically 2.5 mm if you don't want to replace the sensors. 2 mm minimum thickness. (I have no idea how long that would last your type of driving I'm afraid).

If you don't mind the hassle of shipping them back, you can get free replacements after purchasing a set from FCP Euro. (I just received coolant from them. Geez OE pads are quite expensive.) I'll probably be happy with AutoZone personally...
