PCM Randomly Stopped Streaming Bluetooth Music?
Hey gang,
Got in my car to drive home from work today and the phone connected to bluetooth/PCM but was blank when playing music, no audio coming out.
I disconnected bluetooth on both PCM and Android phone, then turned it back on on both devices. No result.
I disconnect the phone completely from PCM, unpaired from phone and reconnected both using the pin number. No result.
I turned off the car, restarted the phone, reconnected all above again. No result.
Unsure as to what's going on here as it was working flawlessly this morning, and the phone still works via bluetooth.
Anyone ever had this issue? I've seen loads of posts about it with no actual fix or debugging of the issue (perhaps I'm looking in the wrong places?).
Any help is appreciated as sometimes I like to listen to more than the sound of the exhaust - that gets me in trouble

Weirdly but greatly, it fixed itself! Got home, let it cool down, came back out and it's all good again
Still, a very weird issue though. Anyone know what could have caused it?

I get this issue with any bluetooth audio devices. Sometimes i just have to delete it completely or "forget it" on Apple devices...not just unpair it.
Reminds me of the usb music files. It stopped reading it and had to plug it in back to my computer. Files were there but i added a few more songs and deleted some. It may have re-indexed, so it worked again

I have a similar reoccurring problem with the sat radio. It loses my authorization and all I get is the preview channel. Sometimes I can just turn the car off and later when I restart it, the radio will remember my subscription and allow me to listen to my channels. Other times I need to have a refresh signal sent to the radio to get it to work. Seems to be a pcm issue.
