Passenger side mirror not holding settings

Recently I found that anytime I drive the Panny the passenger side mirror always lower than the desired setting and has to be adjusted. Has anyone else experienced this issue and what was the resolution? I tried re-saving setting using the memory button but no luck.

Thoughts?

Assuming you already saved the settings on key, and notice it is still not going to the position you set.
Quick fix: while car off, hold the mirror surface at its edges, then use fingers to move mirror in all directions as far as it will go. Do for about 10 seconds.
Long fix: pop out mirror, and lubricate with light oil, the moving parts.
After years. Dirt accumulates and makes moving mirror harder.

Could be related to your settings not saved in the "key" Try getting the correct settings for you then saving it to the key.

Same thing was happening with me. I found a couple things. One is the reverse mirror position. It will save the setting and for some reason will sometimes mess up the mirrors home position. I've also been using the button on the handle to lock the doors, not the remote. Since doing this, the mirror has behaved.
