Service scan tool

Which Scan tool would you say was the best unit to get for price vs functionality and value? I was looking at the Icarsoft PORII, Schwaben 018656SCH01A or the Durametric software (I really don't think I need that level of function that the Durametric software offers and although I have an old notebook PC, it's rather large and cumbersome to use) i'm mostly looking for typical maintenance stuff (oil/service reset, brake pad related etc)

Durametric is not your solution for the Pannie. Awesome for my 911, limited capabilities for Pannie

I have both and the ICarSoft PORII works much better for my 2014 4S. Much more functionality and easier to use since it has a built in screen.

I have both other BMW cars and 970.2 and am considering Autel MX808 or MD808 since icarsoft por2 is limited to Porsche only. Anyone has experiences with autel models?

Stealthn, Yes there is but it doesn’t address preference or compare various different units.
