Took yesterday off, and a slow day today, did the front diff fluid, cleaned up the engine bay(got all the trim back in place) got the wheels properly mounted and took it for a short shake down.
Then took the front off in prep for the thermostat housing and replacing the air filter
Why did you have to take the front off? It's required for the thermostat housing upgrade?
Were you able to remove the strut without loosening the drive shaft from the transmission? Instructions say to loosen them up but I never see anyone mention it. There's a special tool for it kind of debating ordering it. I'm trying to replace the upper control arm car is starting to drive a little funny and there's the noise when hitting decent size bumps. (Thanks in advance)!
jzchen, the PDCC reservoir needs to be changed out at 60k miles - just another thing to add to your already huge list
Thank you. I still have 12k miles to go so I'll cross that road when/if it comes.
I ran to the store since it's local (and they don't guarantee the condition of the storage box if shipped) for an E-torx 20 seems like a very good deal for your future brake work:

no need to loosen drive shaft at the transmission side.
