Rear passenger side gas smell

Hey everyone, I am noticing a gas smell near my gas tank on the rear passenger side. I have been googling around and it seems that it is a common problem for old Cayennes, but nothing really on the Panamera. Does anyone have any experience? Seems like I need to remove the seats and cut out the carpet to access the pumps. Doesn't seem too hard, just lengthy. Thanks!

I for the life of me can't figure out how to remove the rear sear. Anyone ever been successful with that? Thanks!

Before you go that far, check the gas cap. They regularly stop sealing correctly and then release fumes. Then get under the car, pull the wheelwell liner back and look at the breather lines and the tank line.

I have seen some stains on the gas tank when I got my PPI and the gas cap seems dry every time I look at it. That is why I think it may be the pup and needs a new gasket.
