PCNA refuses Manufacturer Buy Back, even after car spent 250 days at warranty repairs

Bought the Panamera SE Hybrid in 12/2015. Sadly car has numerous issues under warranty, Transmission, AC, Water Pump, Doors, etc and as well, a problem with the front doors sagging. Super weird problem is the front doors are rubbing/touching the rear doors and dealership has denied many times, verbally and via emails that the door issue is not under warranty CPO because not mechanical ( I emailed service dealership copy of CPO warranty from Porsche Website and months later he said doors are tear and wear so, NO Warranty. I was stunned. Finally I emailed Service manager and GM at West Porsche Houston and Service Manager replied that we are in an agreement that the car should be inspected carefully and identify the problem and warranty does apply if no exterior influence.
Right now the car has been at the dealership since 6/3/2020 and no news from dealership. I contacted PCNA 3 weeks ago and asked for a buyback. They finally emailed me back yesterday. Finally.
Problem is my CPO is ending Today!!!! and my car is still at the dealership and I dont want to have this car without a warranty.... But How can I get a warranty if I don`t have my car for the warranty inspection?
AND PCNA representative is saying a goodwill gesture but does not disclose anything.... Goodwill gesture like what a key holder? ahhaha or ????
I am exhausted of their.....
Should I file for Lemon? I am in Texas?
Should I file a complain at the appropriate court?

The front door sagging and contacting the rear door near the top is a pretty common item. I have seen this on a number of Panameras. The door tolerance is really tight (standard Porsche) so, over time, if and when getting in and out of the car by leaning on the door handle or door itself, it will push the door downward over time. I adjusted mine so it no longer does this in about 10 minutes. Not sure that is something that would hold up under any type of lemon law claim.
Any bodyshop on the planet can do this for you. If they charge more that $200, they're ripping you off. Adjusting the doors yourself is not advisable unless you know what you are doing because you can make things a lot worse in a big hurry.
