Another forum member updated the iOS and then it connected fine. You might want to try installing any available updates. Good luck!

Thanks, but I fixed it. Turned out to be user error, who would have thought?

You have to make up and enter a Bluetooth code in the PCM and then enter it on the iPhone. I sure don’t remember doing it this way in the past, which has been yearly....but obviously my memory ain’t so good!
