I have replaced all the bulbs in my 16 e-hybrid but looking for LED bulbs that have worked for others in the vanity mirror. I had purchased some T5 LEDs but they are not wanting to work. Have any others had any luck?

 

Sorry I can’t help answer your question but can you share how you replaced all the other bulbs? Maybe can link where you sourced the bulbs? Also any DIY tips to do this upgrade? I’d also be interested doing this in my 970.2.

How does the bulb swap change the ambient mood in the cabin? Incandescent bulbs have the warm yellow glow vs. LED bright white light? Any regrets?

 

I used these bulbs and found them through another post. It seemed straight forward to me and I just used a basic trim tool to remove lenses. I am a fan of the cool light colors versus the warm. I have done this bulb change on 3 of my vehicles thus far and have no regrets. Only thing is that I can not locate LED (cool white) bulbs for the visor mirrors. Looks out of place now compared to the others.
