Dealer Says Debris Screen (Next to Cowl Cover) Driver Side Is Not Missing.
Noticed an imbalance right and left side. Passenger side has a screen:
Driver side does not:
Drove to the dealer with these pics and parts looked it up. Only listed/shown on passenger side. Anyone have something here or put something? Maybe 970.2 (2017-up) has something here? Came home empty handed...
Thank you.

Thanks so much C. Hope the PIWIS is working well for you. The new SSD includes a 38.x and 39.x PIWIS version like what they currently sell. I am considering getting an official Windows license but I'm nervous because I've purchased one in the past only to find out it forced me to do a clean install. I obviously don't want to lose the PIWIS software trying to buy a legitimate Windows license...
The official 1.8.1021 VXDiag Update surprisingly has two trojan horse viruses. MCAfee, (that was included with the new SSD), took care of them very quickly, BOTH times I updated. I tried both the 39 and 38 version because 39.x didn't seem to have guided fault finding....

Thank you J!...That's ugly. I wouldn't have even thought about viruses. I bought the vxdiag piwis 3 that comes on the touch screen thinkpad (yoda i think). So far, i have only used it to reset the oil service and haven't done any updates. This is definitely steering your thread in a different direction, but it is interesting to consider that if one updates the version on the (used) laptop provided by vxdiag, i don't see how a virus would even be caught!
