2011 Panamera Turbo Spoiler Faliure

My spoiler stopped retracting and gives me a Spoiler Faliure message at 60mph when it is supposed to come out. The red indicator light on my console switch does not light up when the button is pressed. How do I diagnose this problem? Is it a motor issue or something as simple as a fuse? Does any one sell replacement motors for these spoilers? Does anyone have a used spoiler for sale? How difficult is this to replace?

Hello I have a known working turbo spoiler off a 2010 turbo that I have decided not to retrofit onto my 4s that I'm willing to sell. Located 45min outside DC. Willing to ship also. Jamesemail521@gmail.com is fastest way to reach me I'll delete this once it sells.

I've been told by Atwong (who knows the spoiler issue very well),that the problem is that leaving the spoiler up all the time allows dirt to get into the up/down mechanism and jam it so that it no longer works. It may be that you could blow out the debris from the attachment openings or you may have to remove the spoiler to clean it out and then again it may have burned out the motor and it's toast.
