Upgrade the Center Console & Ascending centre console

Hi everyone

I checked on the 4rum and realized there was no option to upgrade the Center Console & Ascending centre console on the Panamera 2011 to the newer of the 2017-2020

I wonder if there is a way to replace the entire part in the attached image with the 2017-2020 version and still be compatible and work well? Ignore the size issue, just consider the technical factor

If anyone has any experience or has tried upgrading, I would love to hear about them before I take the plunge.

Thank you in advance for your help

Ps:
It’d be a nightmare even though it is probably possible. At this point selling the 2011 and putting the money as a part of the payment on 2017 or later model would be much easier and would prolly make more sense.
In my country
2021 panamera base = $232k (+tax min 15%)

2017 panamera (+ 4, 5 options) = $250k

2011 panamera (+ 4, 5 options) = $75k

I would say no, the whole dash would need to be replaced and the PCM etc. would need to be programmed.
these cars are rolling computers with "keys" to each component, if it doesn't have the right "key" it won't work
Porsche controls the "keys" some have been hacked, but most are still locked down

Hi Hankyung, I have a 2015 S E-Hybrid that I'm looking to upgrade the Center Console & Ascenceding Center Console as well. I was wonder if you've had any luck and could point me in the right direction.

Thanks

To piggy back off of this, is anyone aware of a front passenger screen that can be integrated into the 970 Panamera? Similar to the Ferrari FF, where it displays speed, revs etc. Always found those to be very cool.

Oddly, I prefer the analog original style , you guys can have the appliance look . I read lots of replies complaining about problems when messing with the screens and systems on these cars ?
