Won't hold alignment

Replaced the whole front end minus inner tie rods. New shocks, New upper and lower, and New outer tie rods. Took car to get aligned after all the work and noticed it wasn't holding alignment. On full lock I would hear metallic clicking which I found out were the alignment bolts on the lower control arm. Here's where I am stuck. I replaced the bolts and all hardware after finding out but I still get the metallic clicking on full lock. It's alot less but still there. Brand new bolts with loctite but still get some noise. I know it's the bolts because everytime they get tighten the noise goes away but eventually will come back.

Looks like it was the steering rack bushings making all the noise. I guess after everything was installed the next item down the line broke. Porsche doesn't sell the bushings separately so going to inject the bushings with poly before getting a new rack.
