Soft close doors on 970.1

Ok guys, so its doable. Just finished installing soft close on my 970.1. Here's the list of replaced parts
* Locks(they are all different from non soft close), had to drill rear doors, because the locks won't jump into their place.
* Closing mechanism
* New wiring
* Replaced comfort units(window open/close, door lock handling etc). The original does not have place to plug soft close controls.

After all I had to change model year from 2012 to 2013(that's when Porsche started to install soft close) and flash comfort units with new option(there are few available, such as default - just windows, default with soft close, default with roller blinds and the one that includes all previous)

I would love a bit more detail on this. Part numbers, exactly which modules, approximate install time.

What was your approximate overall cost?

Did you source parts new, or secondhand?

Ok, so the parts costed me like EUR1300(that's approx $1500), it included everything, basically removed from some other Panamera, so I didn't had to look around for any parts.I don't have parts numbers, coz never write them down, but when you'll want to find it - just look for option number 885(soft close doors). Usually online part catalogs(for Porsche) have in description which option number is that. But to find proper wires - it can be really tricky, because all wires are sold assembled, means its your speaker option(Bose/burmester + soft close doors(if it was installed) + roller blinds(if was installed), and every option set is different part number, so best would be to try to find full kit. As for spent time - well it was roughly 3 Saturdays which I spent in my buddy's garage, and was mainly assisting him with holding stuff and unscrewing. Harder part was rear doors, as I had to drill holes for lock close cables and you'll need at least 2 pair of hands when disassembling door, because the internal frame pretty heavy and you'll need to detach guides which allows to hold door in open position(sorry, don't know how that calls). Also the soft close mechanism installs on the outer part of door frame for rear doors, but for front - on internal. I've attached photo which shows where exactly to drill, but you'll see yourself when you put the door lock to the door.

Drilled holes.
