Does your bumper look like this?

I've had the car for about a year and a half now, but just now noticed this about my car.
If you look at the gap on top of the taillight, it's flush with the trunk lid.
But the bottom part of the taillight, the bumper sticks out a bit?
Same thing on both sides. Do I have some weird misshaped bumper?

I tried to look around online for some pics of 970.2 rears to compare and I'm kind of seeing both.

This one for example looks good;




If I look at them side by side, on the white one the bumber does appear to stick out a bit as well, but the hatch is flush.



Maybe the problem is with my hatch door - it closes too deeply for some reason?

Here is mine.
I think on your bumper the fastening behind the taillight might be misaligned.

I see the same on my 2016 pan4s. I guess that is normal.
