Hey everyone,
been looking and contemplating the 970 to 971 steering wheel conversion. Price is a bit steep, however it's a great upgrade that you get to look at everyday driving the car.

I found the guys at https://gpsadapter.us have a nice write up about the conversion and they also sell the adapter which makes the new steering wheel work with the 970 Panamera.

Question is, I saw a weird looking steering wheel **** on the old steering wheel. Anybody has an idea what it is? Pic attached.

 

The company is Navdy, they went out of business back in 2017.
