Porsche Panamera TT (2010) Evap code P0455

Can someone point me in the right direction. I got check Engine light / "Money Light" the other day. OBD reader showed "Large leak Evap code P0455" . Changed the gas cap for starters didn't help. Hooked up my pressure gauge on vent line (vent line on top of front passenger air shock) and got 65 reading as pictured. Over pressure with needle slightly shaking on cold start! What am I looking at here? If someone suggests smoke test then which line should I feed the smoke and are there shredder valve involved? Thanks in advance
Reading i am gettimg after hooking up

When I had the same evap code and would smell a feint of gas coming from the rear of the car, I ended up having a small tear in the line that runs to the fuel pump and I also replaced the charcoal canister car has been running like a champ since

The kicker here is that I immediately thought culprit was the gas cap which i replaced to original Porsche cap, however "Check Gas Cap" appeared on Dashboard. Tried installing the new Gas cap 3 times and everytime I put the new Gas cap fault showed up on dashboard!!! I'm going to check the Gas pipe at wheel wale and see where it takes me. Charcoal cannister is also on my list and I will keep updating thread! Hopefully nothing too serious! Cheers
